IdeaLift · Integrity Statement · v1.0

How IdeaLift relates to the Integrity Framework.

IdeaLift is not a compliance or trust-adjacent product, so most of the framework is N/A. The statement is published anyway because every Startvest product carries one. Where a layer or principle does apply, this document records how it is implemented.

Version 1.0·Last reviewed 2026-04-25·Next review 2026-07-25·Operates under The Integrity Framework v1.0

What IdeaLift sells

Decision intelligence. Capturing product decisions from Slack, Teams, and Discord. Preventing decay. Telling the storyline behind why decisions were made. Tiered SaaS: Free, Starter ($49/mo), Pro ($199/mo), Enterprise (custom). 14-day money-back guarantee.

IdeaLift makes no compliance, certification, audit, or attestation claims to customers. AI is used to summarize captured ideas and score them. Outputs are enrichments shown to the team that captured the idea, not customer-facing claims.

The Mission Control admin dashboard is internal Startvest operations only.

Layer 1: pre-build vetoes

Veto 1

Artifact versus outcome

PASS (N/A)

Sells decision-capture and decision-recall outcome. No artifact-as-product. If IdeaLift ever published an “AI decision audit report” as a deliverable, this veto would re-engage.

Veto 2

Independence

PASS (N/A)

IdeaLift does not certify customers. No audit relationship.

Veto 3

Verifiability

PASS (N/A)

No verification claims made.

Veto 4

AI accountability

PASS

LLM use: summarization, RICE auto-scoring, embedding-based pattern detection. All outputs are enrichments displayed to the team that owns the idea. Never published as compliance, quality, or accuracy claims. The customer can edit or overwrite enriched fields.

AI subprocessors disclosed on /privacy §5: OpenAI (summarization, formatting, deduplication) and Anthropic (natural-language queries, analysis, classification).

Veto 5

Pricing-rigor alignment

PASS (N/A)

Tiered usage-based pricing. No “unlimited audits” pressure.

Veto 6

The TechCrunch test

PASS

Marketing copy is feature-focused, not trust-focused. No phantom “verified” or “certified” claims to defend. No SOC 2 Type II claim made.

Layer 2: architectural constraints

Most constraints are N/A for a non-verification product. The one that applies:

SOC 2 is not on this segment's procurement checklist and not load-bearing for the pitch. Internal SOC 2 readiness work exists and will be exercised when an enterprise buyer demands it. Buyer-driven, not roadmap-driven.

Outstanding gaps

  • [email protected] not yet operational.
  • No public link from IdeaLift marketing → Startvest Trust Principles. Add to footer once Trust Principles page is published at startvest.ai.

Each gap is named here rather than hidden. The framework treats hidden gaps as a Layer 1 Veto 3 failure.

Changelog
